On or about January 15, 2007, A.P., the above-named child, and on or about February 4, 2005, E.P., the above-named child, was born to LORI SCHULTZ. It appearing that the Father, CHARLES PHARES, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 4, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, CHARLES PHARES, has the right to legal counsel at every staqe of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representaqtion, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The abo ve-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, CHARLES PHARES, with respect of the above-named children, A.P. and E.P.
