The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $1505.37 plus interest from judgment date, for fire protection, sanitation and police fees under the Codified Ordinances of the City Of Parkersburg plus interest through 7-31-19 and court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Joe Kuhl, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 10-4-19, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
