THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION OF ABANDONMENT BY ANGELA LAYFIELD, MOTHER OF SAID M.L. and W.L., INFANT CHILDREN.
TO THE ABOVE-NAMED ANGELA LAYFIELD, MOTHER OF SAID M.L. and W.L., INFANT CHILDREN.
It is hereby ordered that Angela Layfield, mother of said M.L. and W.L., infant children, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 18th day of November, 2019, at 9:15 a.m. oáclock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your maternal rights to said M.L. and W.L., infant children, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, ANGELA LAYFIELD, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, B. SCOTT WOLFE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. Box 268, Harrisville, WV 26362, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 643-5900.
