It is ordered that C & S Land LLC do serve upon Magistrate Marshall, whose address is 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 3rd 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against C & S Land LLC at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
