The object of the above entitled action is to sell certain real estate owned by Richard Trey Farley located in the City of Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, described as Lots 6 and 7, Section B of the Erdis Addition and shown on the records of the Mercer County Assessor as Map 54. Parcel 11, to satisfy a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against Richard Trey Farley.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the residence and whereabouts of said Richard Trey Farley cannot and has not been determined after the use of due diligence; and that there are or may be persons other than those named above as plaintiff and defendants who are interested in said real estate, whose names are unknown to the plaintiff, and who are made parties to the complaint filed in this action by the general description of unknown persons; it is
Ordered that each of them do appear and serve upon C. William Davis, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Richardson & Davis, PLLC, Post Office Box 1778, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 11, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Princeton in said County and State.
