To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Stephen Paul Wink is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Stephen Paul Wink serve upon Tonya Lynn Wink, at the Morgan County Circuit Clerk’s Office whose address is 77 Fairfax St. Rm. 302, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before February 28, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
