The object of the above entitled action is payment in full for past due fees in the amount of $202.56 and costs associated with filing this civil action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Tari’s Café/Amy McBee has not been served either by Morgan County Sheriff or certified mail it is ordered that Tari’s Café/Amy McBee do serve upon K.M. Ambrose, magistrate, whose address is 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 19, 2024, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against Tari’s Café/Amy McBee at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
