The Plaintiff also requests to grant such other and further relief as this court deems appropriate. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the County in which the Defendant resides or is located. Therefore, it is is ordered that Jeremy McManamay do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 8, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jeremy McManamay at any time thereafter.
