ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Civil Action No. 15-C-311K LKN Investments, LLC, Plaintiff v. Chuk Luvender, Defendant. The object of the above entitled action is to take possession of a GMC Vandura 3500 VIN 2GDH31M4F4520338 abandoned by the last known title holder. The last known title holder is deceased and due diligence has been used to determine the sole heirs at law and all efforts have been in vain. The Defendant named in this civil action claims an ownership interest in the motor vehicle and currently resides out of state. Therefore, it is ordered that Chuk Luvender or any known or unknown heirs of the motor vehicle title holder file an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before June 15, 2015 with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County, 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
