TONEY submit an Answer, including any related counterclaim or objection you may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County on or before July 28, 2015. Also appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JEREMY N. JESSUP, address unknown, is hereby ordered that JEREMY N. JESSUP submit an Answer, including any related counterclaim or objection you may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County on or before July 28, 2015. If you fail to do so, this Court may enter all necessary orders and decrees to permit, authorize and effectuate the adoption of the infant by the petitioners, the petitioners may be given full and complete custody and control of the infant and the Court may order and decree the adoption of the infant by the petitioners as aforesaid in all respects as provided by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
