ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to establish a full undivided fee simple interest in the Property known as Lot 6 and Quiet Title in the Property, vesting one hundred percent ownership of the Property to the Petitioner, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and its successors and assigns. And it appearing that th identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Joseph H. Dickson, Jamie L. Smith, and all Unknown Heirs are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, W. Scott Campbell and Patrick D. Johnson, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before July 24, 2015; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter.
