The object of this suit is to establish guardianship of I.P.
To Respondent: Terry Peterson, c/o The Spirit, Attn: Legal Notices, 114 N. Charles St., Charles Town, WV 25414;
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Terry Peterson, Father of I.P., are unknown. It is hereby ordered that the named Respondent, Terry Peterson, Father of I.P., serve upon Samantha Nester, 11 Penny Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before July 6, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
