And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Chrystal G. Massey, Samuel Q. Massey, Raegan K. Price, Christina Ann Polries, guardian of Raegan K. Price, and the Estate of Jeremy Price, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorneys W. Scott Campbell and Patrick D. Johnson, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before August 6, 2015; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter.
