JUDY PETERS AND ALL OCCUPANTS 114 MONARCH STREET LOT #28 DANIELS, WV 25832 Defendant The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 114 Monarch Street Lot #28, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent(s) are wrongfully occupying such property as tenants. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appears an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendants and was not served. It is ordered that Judy Peters and all occupants do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 31, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Judy Peters and all occupants at any time thereafter.
