ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is for the Court to quiet title and extinguish an unreleased lien of the Defendant on property known as 3401 Third Avenue, Vienna, Wood County, West Virginia.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff is entitled to serve the Defendant via publication pursuant to Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, it is therefore ORDERED that a notice shall be published in the Parkersburg News or Sentinel once a week for two successive weeks consistent with Rule 4 giving constructive notice to Defendants that he/she/it shall serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is Wood County Judicial Building, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 29, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter and the previously stated relief will be granted. A hearing to grant the relief sought in the Complaint is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. October 30, 2015, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters in his chambers located in the Wood County Judicial Building, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office. Interested parties may appear to protect his/her/their/its interest(s).
