It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that MELISSA DAWN BENNETT serve upon RICKY GENE BENNETT petitioner, whose address is 601 PUTNAM STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCT. 30, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
