Notice is hereby given that the object of the above-styled civil action is to permit the biological mother Jennifer Elaine Winter and proposed adoptive father, Michael Brian Williams, to legally and jointly adopt the minor children, Audri Lynn Lubbe Winter and Lorelai Elise Lubbe Winter, with a name change to Audri Lynn Williams and Lorelai Elise Williams. The biological father has signed a Relinquishment and Consent for Adoption which is attached to the Petition for Adoption hereby filed on August 18, 2015 with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County. Said adoption hearing is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday the 17th day of February, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.. You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. And it is further ordered that this Order be published one time pursuant to West Virginia Code c 48-25-201, in The Register-Herald, a newspaper published in the City of Beckley, County of Raleigh, West Virginia.
