The object of the above entitled action is to obtain possession of the real property located at 203 1/2 Prince Street, Apartment 8, Beckley, West Virginia. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the Defendant resides or is located.
