Kirkpatrick III, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Jace James Wray, DOB March 10, 2013, Josiah Bonifacio, DOB August 8, 2014 and Adrianna Bonifracio, DOB February 26, 2007. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Janae Mazzone is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Janae Mazzone appear in the Office of the Honorable H. L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a Dispositional Hearing on Charlene Wray and Jonathan Stowers and an Adjudicatory Hearing on Ricky Bonifacio and Janae Mazzone, on Friday, March 27, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Janae Mazzone be advised of her right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if she cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
