Judy Peters and All Occupants 114 Monarch Street Lot #28 Daniels, WV 25832 Defendant. The object of the above entitled action is to obtain possession of the property located at 114 Monarch Street, Lot #28, Daniels, West Virginia. The Plaintiff als requests to grant such other and further relief as the court deems appropriate. Even after using due diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendants. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that there are or may be persons, other than those named in the complaint as plaintiff and defendant, interested in the subject matter of the action, whose names are unknown to the plaintiff and who are made defendants by the general description of unknown defendants. Therefore, it is ordered that Judy R. Peters do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 30, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Judy R.
