THIS IS A PUBLICATION BY CLASS II LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT. It appearing by Petition filed in this action that Gary Dale Stewart and Rhonda Fay Kinser Stewart are residents of West Virginia. If any person objects to said Petition, it so can be heard on February 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Robert A. Irons, Judge of the Circuit Court, Summers County located at the Summers County Courthouse, Hinton, West Virginia 25951. If no objection is received to the Petition of Adoption, then any and all relief in such Petition will be granted including the termination of parental rights. If interested, you may appear and defend any such rights within 30 days.
