It appearing that the Father, LUTHER CARPENTER/UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the March 16, 2015, at the hour of 1:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex,Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, LUTHER CARPENTER/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERNEST DOUGLASS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, PO BOX 472, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-4595.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, LUTHER CARPENTER/UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named children, L.H.
