It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Janet L. Mason is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Janet L. Mason serve upon Harold Franklin Mason, Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 178 Bloomery, WV 26817 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before July 8, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
