JAMES HOWARD PALMER JR. 203 1/2 PRINCE STREET, APT. 7 BECKLEY, WV 25801 Defendant The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 203 1/2 Prince Street, Apartment 7, Raleigh County, Beckley, WV in that the above-named respondent is wrongfully occupying such property as tenant. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an affidavit of unknown residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used. The defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member after service was twice attempted by the sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that James Howard Palmer Jr. do serve upon Steve Massie, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 17, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against James Howard Palmer Jr. at any time thereafter.
