CLINE and VONDIE BRUNTY The object of this proceeding is to obtain a judgment against Defendants West Star Management Inc., Whittney L. Cline and Vondie Brunty in the amount of $3,846.62 as of February 5, 2016, plus post-judgment interest at the legal rate, plus possession of the Portable Storage Building Serial No. G1423-1224-022813-M. Also, in the event the Portable Storage Building is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, Plaintiff requests judgment in the amount of $4,620.00 plus post-judgment interest at the legal rate. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Raleigh, 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801. You must appear and defend yourself on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, by filing with the Clerk of the Raleigh County Circuit Court a written response to the Complaint filed against you.
