NOTICE TO: UNKNOWN FATHER
The object of above entitled action is for the Infant Guardianship of the above referenced minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years.
It appearing that the father of said child is unknown, as no name appears on the Birth Certificate of said child, and his whereabouts and place of residence is further unknown despite the exercise of due diligence by the Petitioner in locating him and his whereabouts, and it is hereby ordered that any person who believes he may be the father of said child submit an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition filed in this action, and appear at the hearing on this matter scheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., at the Hampshire County Judicial Center in Romney, Hampshire County, West Virginia.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
