ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is the filing of a Petition to Terminate Guardianship or other affirmative relief.
To the Respondent, Melissa Moore:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Melissa Moore is an unknown resident, it is hereby ordered that Melissa Moore serve upon Max H. White, Respondent’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 148, Keyser, WV 26726, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense she may have to the petition filed in this action, no later than 30 days after the date of the first publication thereof and do what is necessary to protect her interests pursuant to W.Va. Code §56-3-24. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. This matter shall come on for a final hearing on the 12th day of July, 2016, at the hour of 10:30 a.m. at which time Melissa Moore may appear to protect her interests if she so desires.
