The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above named Respondent: Carly J. Houghton
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that Carly J. Houghton, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Carly J. Houghton, serve upon Stephanie E. Scales-Sherrin, attorney, whose address is 314 West John Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before 7/8/16. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
