ORDER OF PUBLICATION This day came the plaintiff, Phyllis M. Murphy, and tendered an affidavit by her process server, namely Paul W. Roop, that he had made two or more attempts to serve the Summons on George M. Bragg, 1441 Blue Jay Six Road, Cool Ridge, West Virginia 25825, defendant in this matter, and that based upon information from neighbors that defendant is not staying at that address, and therefore it is impossible to obtain personal service on him at this time, and in consideration of which it is ORDERED that a hearing on plaintiff’s complaint is hereby scheduled for July 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Robert A. Burnside, Jr., at which time they aforesaid George M. Bragg may appear and make any answer and/or objection to the complaint in this matter he may have to protect his interest, but that the plaintiff will be moving for entry of an order allowing her to take possession of her property, and further that any personal items left behind by the defendant, George M. Bragg, be ordered forfeited to the plaintiff in partial satisfaction of the money owed by him to plaintiff under the Note secured by a Deed of Trust upon which this property was previously foreclosed.
