Gosnelle serve upon Thomas Anderson, III, Petitioner, whose address is PO Box 383, Capon Springs, WV 26823, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 19, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
