It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Brooke Michelle Duvall is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Brooke Michelle Duvall serve upon William Aaron Welsh, Petitioner, whose address is 762 Lewis Wallace Lane, Romney WV 26757, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 30, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
