The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 137 Wash Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named Respondent is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an affidavit of unknown residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Sherri O’Bryan and all efforts have been in vain. It is ordered that Sherri O’Bryan do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 30, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Sherri O’Bryan at any time thereafter.
