It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Ricky Allen Shull is unknown to the Petitioner at this time, it is hereby ordered that Ricky Allen Shull serve upon Brittany Nicole McGee, Petitioner, whose address is 115 James Monroe Drive, High View, WV 26808, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 26, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
