It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandmother of James Lee O’Hara, Jr. and permit Laurie Elizabeth Godbey to adopt James Lee O’Hara, Jr.; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandmother has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandmother shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 22nd day of July, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandmother of James Lee O’Hara, Jr. shall be terminated.
