TO: Anyone claiming to be the father of Makiah Gracie-K Jarrell
It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father of Makiah Gracie-K Jarrell and permit Robert Kevin Jarrell and Gina Kaye Jarrell to adopt Makiah Gracie-K Jarrell further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural father has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural father shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 11th day of February, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they so desire, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural father of Makiah Gracie-K Jarrell be terminated.
