The object of the above entitled action is To obtain judgment against the defendant(s) in the amount of $707.93 for Fire/Sanitation/Police Feeás on the property located at 3001 Plum Street through 12-20-18, and pre judgment interest through 12-31-18 plus interest from the date of judgment plus court costs.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Joe Kuhl, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 4-10-19, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of her office.
