To the Above Named Respondent:
It appearing by petition filed in this action that Brian Vangosen is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address, it is hereby ordered that Brian Vangosen serve upon Hannah McIntire, Petitioner, through the Circuit Clerk, whose address is 77 Fairfax Street, Room 302, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia 25411 an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before February 9, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
