ORDER OF PUBLICATION

AND NOTICE OF HEARING

 

To: The original named Board of Trustees of the Riverview Cemetery, their successors or assigns, if any, and anyone having any interest in that certain burial ground lying and situate in the Julia Ann Square Historical District, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, commonly known as the Riverview Cemetery.

 

The object of the above styled action is to secure the appointment of new trustees of the Riverview Cemetery in the place and stead of those trustees named in that certain trust indenture dated September 5, 1941. It is verily believed that such trustees originally named in 1941 are deceased.

 

The successor named trustees shall seek judicial authority to actually and physically manage the afore-said Riverview Cemetery with such powers and authority as provided in the afore-referenced trust indenture dated September 5, 1941 and such other powers and authority provided by West Virginia Code Section 35-5-1.

 

Hearing upon the matters noticed herein shall occur in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, before the Honorable Robert Waters, Judge, in his Courtroom

Chambers at the Wood County Courthouse on the 28th day of February, 2019 at nine oáclock a.m.
