The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 141 Toneys Fork Road, Clear Creek, Raleigh county, WV 25044 in that the above Respondents is/are wrongfully occupying such property.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendants.
It is ordered that Basil E. and Pamela Sue Green do serve upon Steve Massie, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 19, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Basil E and Pamela Sue Green at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
