The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 124 Affinity Road, Midway, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent(s) is/are unlawfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant by wrongful occupation.
It is ordered that Sheila Wells do serve upon Richard Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 27, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Sheila Wells at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
