PETITION OF ANTHONY JOHN MILLER and BOBBIE JO MILLER FOR THE ADOPTION OF TOBIAS LEE AMES, AN INFANT UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS, AND CHANGE OF NAME TO TOBY LEE MILLER

The object of this hearing is the Adoption Petition of Anthony John Miller and Bobbi Jo Miller for the Adoption of Tobias Lee Ames, and the name of Tobias Lee Ames to be changed to Toby Lee Miller, an infant child under the age of eighteen (18) years. This notice is to inform Kerri Dawn Setzer, the mother of said child, and Jonathan Lee Ames, the father of said child, that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in said proceeding and to inform you that you may appear and defend any such rights. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the adoption. Said hearing is scheduled for June 21, 2019, in the chambers of the Honorable Andrew G. Dimlich, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, int he Raleigh County Courthouse, located at 215 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
