ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MORGAN COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CASE NO.: 25-C-81 Town of Paw Paw, Petitioner, v. SIGLINDE BULLETT, KENDEL RAY BULLETT, NELLIE V. BULLETT, ANNA MAE BULLETT, CHARLES I. BULLETT, and the unknown heirs thereof Respondents. THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN A TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENT over the former lands of Irvin Bullett at 92 Potomac Street, Paw Paw, West Virginia. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO KENDEL RAY BULLETT, NELLIE V. BULLETT, ANNA MAE BULLETT and the UNKNOWN HEIRS thereof. It appearing that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the said Kendel Ray Bullett, Nellie V. Bullett, Anna Mae Bullett and Charles I. Bullett, or his heirs at law, but have been unable to do so, and the Petitioner having represented that it has no knowledge of his last known mailing address, it is hereby ORDERED that Kendel Ray Bullett, Nellie V. Bullett, Anna Mae Bullett and Charles I. Bullett, and their unknown heirs at law, serve upon Tammy M. McWilliams, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 24 Nationwide Lane, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia 25411, a response, including any related defense you may have, to the Petition filed in this action on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after this publication. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy of said Petition is filed in the Morgan County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. A hearing in this matter has been set for the 27th day of October, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Morgan County Courthouse, 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Said hearing may be reset without further notice or publication.
