It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, SHAWN HALE, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, SHAWN HALE, serve upon KIMBERLY WEBSTER, Petitioner, whose address is 305 JONES STREET, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before JUNE 29, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
