It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, ALEXIA CAROL ROBERTS, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, ALECIA CAROL ROBERTS, serve upon DANIEL SCOTT ROBERTS, Petitioner, whose address 1371 BRUSHCREEK FALLS ROAD, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before JULY 9, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
