It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, LAMAR BENNETT, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, LAMAR BENNETT, serve upon JULIE BALL, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is 1501 MAIN STREET, SUITE 111, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before MAY 6, 2019.
Please take futher notice that a Final Hearing is set for June 11, 019 at 11:30 AM before Judge Mary Ellen Griffith at Mercer Couuty Courthouse Annex-Family Court.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
