The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JOHN THOMAS BUCHANAN, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JOHN THOMAS BUCHANAN, Respondent, serve upon KAYLA NICHOLE BUCHANAN, petitioner, whose address is 2119 DUPONT ROAD, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 1, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
