It is hereby ordered that, KARI LYNN FRAME, Respondent, serve upon JOHN ELLIS FRAME, petitioner, whose address is 424 4TH, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 12, 2019.
