The Object of this suit is to obtain an infant guardianship.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that KERRIE ANN SMITH, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, KERRIE ANN SMITH, Respondent, serve upon DAVID ALLEN KING, petitioner, whose address is 1000 KEMPER ST., APT #7, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 18, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, a judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
