TO: THE ABOVE NAMED KRYSTAL MARIE CLARK:
It is hereby ordered that Krystal Marie Clark, appear at the preliminary hearing, on the Petition filed in this matter, for the purpose of custody of the child, this matter is set for hearing on the 1st day of February, 2019 at 9:20 a.m. oáclock, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Courtroom of the Circuit Court of Pleasants County, West Virginia, at St. Marys, West Virginia. If you fail to appear at the hearing, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you, wherein your paternal rights to said J.M>, III, an infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected. Said hearing date and time may be continued from time to time by order or proclamation without further notice.
