The object of this proceeding is to ascertain the parental rights of Daniel Dobson, Dakota Prive and J.C. Wallbrown, Biological Fathers and/or any other unknown putative fathers of said B.S., X.S., and N.D., infants who were born to Carrie M. Stephens.
To the above-named Daniel Dobson, Dakota Prive, and J.C. Wallbrown and any other unknown putative fathers:
It is hereby ordered that Daniel Dobson, Dakota Prive, and J.C. Wallbrown, and any other unknown putative fathers appear at the preliminary hearing set in this matter on the 24th day of September, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Circuit Court of Wirt County, West Virginia, in Elizabeth, West Virginia. If you fail to appear at the hearing, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said B.S., X.S., and N.D. infants, may be terminated or otherwise affected.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 11, 2018, a Juvenile Abuse and Neglect was filed relating to the above-named minors by West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Petitionerl.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Preliminary Hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Wirt County Court House located in Elizabeth, West Virginia, before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, at which time and place you may appear and make any Judge objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
You have a right to be represented by an attorney at every state of this proceeding.
This proceeding may result in the permanent termination of your parental rights.
